Discuss this package

We confirm your company's work and monthly fee in a written proposal. Payroll and additional work are quoted separately.

Included in every ongoing package

Handover & year-end.

We handle the handover.

With your authorisation, we contact your previous accountant, request the records, follow up missing items and check opening balances. You receive a written record of what arrived and what remains open.

Routine handover is included in every ongoing package.

How the handover works

Reconstructing missing books and correcting earlier periods are separate work.

Year-end work is included.

For a full financial year maintained by ORNEVIO:

  • Year-end close
  • Financial statements
  • Corporate income tax return
  • Required Collection of Deeds filing

Joining during the year? We agree who completes that year's work and any separate cost before the handover.

Three example scopes.

Which work does your company need?

Preparing to launch

The company has no sales yet. Its records consist of setup expenses, supplier invoices and bank movements.

Before first sales

Registration work, if needed, is quoted separately.

Selling subscriptions

The company bills customers through Stripe. Subscription periods, refunds, fees and payouts need to reconcile with the books and bank.

Running a company

The quote names the providers, currencies and filings in scope.

Planning the next months

The owner needs the accounts alongside budget comparisons, a cash plan and a clearer breakdown of operating costs.

Reporting & planning

The planning work and assumptions are agreed for the company.

Registrations · Payroll · Earlier periods

Additional work.

Registrations, OSS, payroll and work on earlier periods have their own scope and fee.

Czech VAT registration

Registration application, supporting records and routine tax-office correspondence.

Separate quote

Identified-person registration

Registration as an identifikovaná osoba. Subsequent returns are part of the filing scope agreed for the company.

Separate quote

Union OSS

Registration and quarterly returns are quoted separately, based on the sales model and records.

Separate quote

Payroll

Monthly payroll, payslips, payment instructions and agreed filings. The quote states employer setup, starters, leavers and year-end work.

Separate quote

Historical corrections

Missing bookkeeping, unreconciled balances and overdue or amended returns. Scope agreed after reviewing the records.

Quote after review

Standalone year-end work

Year-end close, financial statements, corporate tax return and required publication filing. We first check the ledgers and responsibility for earlier work.

Ask about additional work

Foreign tax filings and specialist advice are agreed separately.

Fees & scope

Before we start.

How do you set the monthly fee?

We review your sales model, providers, currencies, filing duties and reporting needs. The proposal sets out the work and fee before we start.

Do you charge per invoice?

We agree a monthly scope. Normal changes in document volume within that scope do not trigger a charge per invoice. A new company, country or sales model can change the work; any fee change is agreed first.

Are VAT registration and OSS included?

Registration and recurring returns are different work. The package covers its agreed Czech filings. VAT and identified-person registration, as well as Union OSS, are quoted separately.

Does a Stripe or Paddle account change the fee?

We review the payment flows and provider agreement. A payment processor and a merchant of record create different records and reconciliation work; a net payout alone does not show the full scope.
