Information we handle
The enquiry form collects your work email, company name or IČO, main activity, selected service option if any, and your message. We also keep a receipt identifier and the time of submission so that we can handle the request.
The form does not accept attachments. Please provide only the information needed for an initial proposal. Identity documents, bank statements and other detailed accounting records are arranged separately during onboarding.
For website operation and abuse prevention, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as IP address, browser information and request time. Your IP address is used for rate limiting; it is not written to our enquiry database. Technical request metadata may appear in Cloudflare platform or security logs.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to understand the request, respond and prepare a proposal. Where you enquire personally about entering a contract, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. Where you represent a company, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
Preventing abuse and keeping the website available are legitimate interests. Information required for a later engagement or legal obligation is handled under the relevant contract and legal requirements.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Without a usable contact address and sufficient information about the request, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. We do not use the form to subscribe you to advertising.
How long we keep it
The record stored by the website enquiry system is scheduled for automatic deletion after 90 days.
Enquiry notifications and subsequent correspondence are also handled in business email. The 90-day deletion rule for the website database does not automatically delete those messages. We retain email for as long as needed to handle the proposal, maintain a business relationship, meet applicable obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Calculator inputs and checklist selections remain only in the open page. Closing or reloading the page clears that in-memory state. A file you download or information you copy to your clipboard remains under your control.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, request security, delivery of enquiry notifications and the enquiry database, which is configured in the European Union. Google Workspace handles business email, including enquiry notifications and follow-up messages. Our authorised personnel use those systems to respond to requests.
These providers use global infrastructure and subprocessors. Email, support and security processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. An EU-region database does not mean that all processing takes place only in the EU.
The providers’ data-processing terms describe their subprocessors and international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Send requests to hello@ornevio.com. We may need information to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month; the GDPR permits an extension for complex requests.
You may complain to the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes the website and enquiry process identified above. If the process changes, we update this page and its revision date. Accounting engagements may require additional privacy information and contractual arrangements for the records handled as part of the service.
