Starting an engagement
Sending an enquiry requests a conversation or a proposal. It does not create an accounting engagement, authorise filings, place an order or require a payment.
Before work begins, a written agreement identifies the legal supplier, the company receiving the service, the work included, the fee, the accounting periods and the responsibilities of each party. Additional work requires written agreement.
Fees and scope
Prices shown as “from” are indicative monthly starting fees, excluding VAT. Your business model, payment arrangements, team and reporting requirements determine the proposal.
The written proposal sets out the final fee and what it includes, including the treatment of annual work, payroll and any historical accounting periods. The website does not provide an unrestricted service for every company at the displayed starting price.
Professional scope
The service covers Czech bookkeeping, applicable filings, payroll and reporting as agreed for the company.
Specialist tax-adviser opinions, legal services, statutory audit and foreign filings require a separate arrangement with an appropriately qualified provider. They are not automatically included in accounting support. This website does not claim registered tax-adviser, audit-firm or legal-practice status for ORNEVIO.
