ORNEVIO / STRIPE RECONCILIATION
Worked example accompanying https://ornevio.com/guides/stripe-reconciliation/

These are synthetic educational records, not a customer account, actual Stripe exports or a bookkeeping import template. Every identifier containing "example" is invented for this exercise. Amounts do not quote Stripe pricing.

BASIS
Standard Stripe Payments, company is the seller; one account, settlement EUR, September 2026, UTC cutoff 30 September 23:59:59. Manual payout; fees embedded in the activity rows. Opening EUR 100 is fully available. No disputes, reserves, other adjustments, tax amounts or FX movements are included. Both invoices and the credit note relate wholly to September services. No claim of VAT exemption is made. Actual VAT, accounting currency, exchange rates and service periods must be determined separately.

FILES
01 and 02 use subsets of documented Stripe Balance-report columns. A real report needs the relevant optional fields selected. Activity excludes payouts; payouts are a separate report. Amounts are major units (EUR), not API minor units.
03 and 04 are ORNEVIO source-document worksheets, not Stripe schemas, issued invoices or bank statements.
invoice_id and charge_id connect the activity to the sales worksheet. payout_id connects the payout to the bank worksheet. The manual payout is not assigned to charge rows with automatic_payout_id.

CONTROL TOTALS
Customer charge gross: 1500.00
Refund gross: -200.00
Fee total: 45.00
Net activity: 1255.00
Payout Stripe balance effect: -800.00
Bank receipt: +800.00
Closing Stripe balance: 100.00 + 1255.00 - 800.00 = 555.00
Available: 100.00 + 970.00 - 200.00 - 800.00 = 70.00
Pending: 485.00, available 2 October
Sales documents net of credit note: 1300.00

The opening EUR 100 is a balance-summary input, not a new sale or an activity row. The Stripe payout's negative value describes its provider-balance effect; the bank receipt is positive. "paid" and an expected arrival date do not prove receipt: the separate bank worksheet does.

Standalone fees, fee taxes, disputes, reserves, FX and multi-currency accounts require the additional source rows and documents. A Fees-report CSV is not a tax invoice. Review actual report versions and sign conventions against the account's summary. This archive does not connect to Stripe or send data.
