ORNEVIO / Paddle reconciliation example

These are ORNEVIO educational working files with example data. They are not exports from a Paddle account, invoices, statutory financial statements, a fee quote or actual client results. No real customer or supplier data is present.

September example / EUR balance and EUR bank account.
12100 payments - 1210 refunds = 10890 buyer payments after refunds, including customer taxes.
2100 customer tax charged - 210 tax refunded = 1890 customer tax withheld.
10890 - 1890 - 650 illustrative Paddle charges = 8350 balance activity before payout.
500 opening + 8350 activity - 8000 payout = 850 closing Paddle balance.
5400 RoW reverse invoice + 2600 US reverse invoice = 8000 remittance advice.
7985 bank receipt + 15 separately evidenced bank charge = 8000 payout cleared.

statement-bridge.csv distinguishes opening, movement and closing row_type. Sum movement rows only, then add the opening balance to verify the closing balance. bank-match.csv marks its calculated total as check_total. Summary rows are calculated totals; do not sum each CSV column indiscriminately. The remittance is the total of the two reverse invoices, not a third supply or extra payment. The documented bank charge is outside Paddle charges650; do not deduct it twice. No FX, reserves, disputes or other adjustments are assumed.

The actual RoW counterparty must come from your agreement and documents. This example does not assume that a Czech company contracts with an Irish Paddle entity.

The worksheet reconciles settlement funds. It does not establish your Czech accounting revenue, gross/net presentation, service periods, tax point, VAT status, exchange-rate policy or local invoicing obligations. These depend on the actual agreement, company facts and applicable rules.

For actual Paddle Billing exports use the current payout reconciliation report and preserve its real native headers and values. Reconcile remittance_reference using the signed balance_movement_in_balance_currency in the balance currency. Date-filtered monthly movement and payout-filtered reports can cover different rows. Classic records are separate if your account also uses Classic.
